About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead local and global development projects in the power electronics domain for one of our leading clients in Pune. In this role, you will drive projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, playing a critical role in translating complex development efforts into structured, predictable and successful project outcomes.

Reporting To: Product Manager

What You Will Do

Plan, execute and monitor end-to-end development projects with a strong focus on quality, cost and timelines

Develop detailed project plans including effort estimation, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across engineering, quality and product functions

Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies and proactively implement mitigation plans

Analyse project performance using KPIs and dashboards to generate actionable insights

Prepare and present clear project status updates, reports and recommendations to management

Lead project meetings, reviews and post-project lessons learned sessions

Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and scenario analysis
